This project involved a land-use and subdivision consent application for a total of 147 lifestyle unit development. Barr and Harris Surveyors Ltd completed all Land-use and Subdivision resource consent processing, engineering design, contract supervision, legal “unit title” survey and building set out. Features of the development included a retention pond construction with landscape planting.
